Last updated 27 October 2026

Find a Supreme Court judgment by citation, parties or judge, read it page by page with the judgments citing it, and save a paragraph with a note.

1 minute 8 seconds. Filmed on https://app.vakilat.io on 21 October 2026 with a demonstration account. The answers are real ones, shown as a demonstration, and are not legal advice.

What the film shows

Searching and reading Supreme Court judgments is free on every Vakilat plan, including the Free plan. Type a citation as printed, a short name of the parties or a judge's name, and the judgment comes up.

A judgment opens page by page in the Court's own text, with a link to the official copy and the later judgments that cite it. You can save a paragraph to your Library with a note on why you kept it, and Command K jumps to any page, chat or judgment.

Transcript

Every Supreme Court judgment since 1950, searchable in one place, and free to read on every plan. Have a citation? Type it as printed, and the judgment comes first.

Remember only the parties? A short name is enough. Or name a judge, such as Justice Bhagwati.

Open a judgment to read the Court's own text, page by page, with a link to the official copy. Alongside, the later judgments that cite it. Found the paragraph you need?

Save it to your Library. Add a note, so you remember why you kept it. And from anywhere, Command K jumps to a page, a chat or a judgment.

Vakilat. Research you can check.
