Privacy notice

When you submit the early-access form we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, only if you choose to give it;
• your Bar Council state, practice area and firm size;
• when you submitted the form and the version of this notice you agreed to.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, requests pass through our hosting provider, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse.

To contact you about early access to Vakilat. If you gave a phone number, we may also send you updates about access on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and checks submissions for bots.
• Each submission is delivered to our team's private Discord channel, which is where we keep the list. We do not store it anywhere else.

These providers may process data outside India.

Until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than twelve months after Vakilat launches if you have not become a user. Deleting your details removes your submission from our Discord channel.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to privacy@vakilat.io. Withdrawing consent removes you from the list. If you are not satisfied with our response, the same address reaches our grievance contact.

We will update the date above when this notice changes. It is currently available in English; versions in Indian languages are being prepared.
