Vakilat.io operates as a legal research and drafting assistant. The outputs generated by our AI foundation models are provided for informational and drafting purposes only. The AI is not an advocate, and its outputs do not constitute legal advice. As a registered legal professional, it is your responsibility to independently verify all citations, statutory interpretations, and arguments generated by the software before submitting them to any court or tribunal in India.
Vakilat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform. You may not reverse engineer the software, resell access to the API, or utilize automated scraping tools against our knowledge base or web interfaces without explicit written permission.
The case status and cause list data displayed within Vakilat is sourced dynamically from public portals like eCourts and NJDG. Vakilat makes no warranties regarding the uptime of these government portals or the timeliness of their data syncing.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your usage of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
